Details of tenders are as under : 1. Name of Work : Electrical & air-conditioning installations (low- side) work at State Bank of India, RAUSAR BRANCH (11184), RBO-III, SHAHJAHANPUR, AO WEST LUCKNOW, (U.P.) 2. Time allowed for completion : 45 calendar days from the date of issue of Work Order/ handing over of site. 3. Earnest Money Deposit : Rs. 7,000 (Rupees seven thousand only) / EMD exemption may given to MSME firms on submission of valid supporting documents. 4. Security Deposit : For the successful bidder, total security deposit shall be 5% of the contract value. Out of this, 2% of the contract value will be in the form of Initial Security Deposit (ISD); which includes the EMD. Balance 3% shall be deducted from the running account bill of the work at the rate of the 10% of respective running account bill i.e. deduction from each running bill account will be 10%, till the 3% of the contract value is achieved and total of 5%. In case running bills are not paid/submitted, whole 3% of the remaining ISD will be deducted from the final bill paid. 5. Additional Security Deposit (ASD) : i. ASD/APG shall be applicable if the bid price is below 10% of the estimated cost. ii. The amount of such ASD/APG shall be the difference between 90% of the estimated cost put to tender and the quoted price. iii. Vendor will have to submit Bank guarantee or FDR receipt favouring SBI but drawn on any other Nationalized Bank may also be accepted as ASD/APG. 6. Estimated cost put to tender : Rs 7.00 Lacs 7. However, ACs will be supplied through GeM re-seller(L-1).
