Design, develop, and deploy a Critical Minerals Market Intelligence System

The objective of the assignment is to design, develop, test and deploy a Critical Minerals Market Intelligence System that includes a Dashboard and Price Monitor to support transparent, timely and evidence-based decision-making in Ghana’s critical minerals sector. The system would be designed to ingest data provided by UNDP, designated institutions, or approved external sources.

Specifically, the firm will:

Conduct a technical discovery process to define the functional, data, user and system requirements for the system. Design and develop a user-friendly dashboard for tracking selected critical minerals, price trends, market intelligence and key decision-support indicators. Build a secure backend for data upload, validation, management, reporting and user administration. Develop practical visualization, filtering, reporting and export functions to support policy, regulatory and market analysis. Test, deploy, document and hand over the system to UNDP and designated national counterparts.
