Dette udbud vedrører levering og installation af forbrugsmålere (varme-, vand-, el- og energimålere), opsamling, dataudveksling via API og validering af forbrugsdata, udarbejdelse af forbrugsregnskaber samt håndtering af forbrugsklager for Boligselskabet Sjælland. Den udbudte kontrakt omfatter afdelingerne og boligerne i følgende områder af Ordregivers organisation: Roskilde, Viby, Ølstykke, Borup, Køge, Ringsted, Glumsø, Vordingborg, Solrød, Tølløse og Holbæk. Kontrakten omfatter også afdelingerne for boligselskabet BoliGrøn og Hvalsø Boligselskab, som Ordregiver administrerer.Sammensætningen af boligafdelinger samt antallet af disses lejemål kan evt. skifte i kontraktperioden, fx ifm. nybyggeri, nedlægning af boliger og afdelinger ol.
