L'OMS sollicite une offre de prix détaillée pour l'organisation d'une réunion prévue du 29 September au 01 October 2026 à Grand Tunis. Nous recherchons un hôtel pouvant répondre aux besoins suivants : pauses café, déjeuner, eau minérale, ainsi que la location d'une salle de réunion équipée de matériel audiovisuel.
Veuillez trouver ci-dessous les détails spécifiques à inclure dans votre offre pour la salle de séminaire :
- Nombre de participants prévus dans la salle : 17 personnes
- Pause-café matin : à servir à 10h30
- Déjeuner : buffet prévu à 13h00 pour 17 personnes
Eau minérale: deux bouteilles d'eau minérale (1L chacune) par table
Location de la salle de réunion: Une salle spacieuse et bien équipée, pouvant accueillir l’ensemble des participants
Matériel audiovisuel: vidéoprojecteur, écran, paperboard (Flip Chart), microphones, blocs-notes, stylos, et connexion Internet Wi-Fi haut débit
Assistance: présence d’un informaticien lors du démarrage de la réunion
