Dans le cadre de l’organisation des activités prévues au bureau de l’OMS du 7 au 11 septembre 2026, nous vous remercions de bien vouloir nous transmettre votre offre de prix en HTVA pour les services de restauration détaillés ci-dessous.
1. Atelier RBM – du 7 au 10 septembre 2026
Les besoins en restauration sont les suivants : Pause-café ; Déjeuner ; Café et thé à volonté, accompagnés de biscuits, dans l’après-midi.
Nombre de participants: 30 personnes.
Ce nombre est provisoire et pourra être ajusté en fonction du nombre définitif de participants.
Exigences particulières:
Prévoir une option végétarienne les lundi et mercredi pour un participant ; Aucune viande de bœuf ne devra être servie pendant toute la durée de l’événement.
2. Journée de brainstorming – 11 septembre 2026
Les besoins en restauration sont les suivants : Pause-café ; Déjeuner.
Nombre de participants: 16 personnes.
