Mesdames et Messieurs les soumissionnaires, L'Organisation mondiale de la Santé, ci-après l’« OMS », invite les soumissionnaires potentiels à déposer une proposition conformément aux Conditions générales du Contrat et au Cadre de référence énoncés dans la présente demande de propositions (DDP). Afin de pouvoir soumettre une proposition, veuillez lire attentivement les documents joints ci-dessous. Si vous souhaitez soumettre une proposition en réponse à cette DDP :
1. Veuillez accuser réception de la présente DPP en remplissant et en retournant la lettre d'intention figurant à l'annexe A, dans laquelle vous indiquez votre intention de soumettre ou non une proposition, au plus tard le lundi 17 Août 2026
2. Une conférence préalable aux soumissions va être tenue le 18/08/2026 à partir de 10 heures, heure de Kinshasa au Bureau de l'OMS , sis au 42 avenue des Cliniques, Gombe, Kinshasa
3. Veuillez soumettre vos éventuelles demandes d’éclaircissements au plus tard le mercredi 19/08/2026
4. Veuillez préparer votre proposition conformément aux dispositions et aux procédures énoncées dans la présente DDP et la soumettre au plus tard le mercredi 26/08/2026 à 23h59
