Předmětem zakázky je příprava projektové dokumentace opravy fasády vnější strany objektu památkově chráněné budovy bývalé vojenské nemocnice, která je součástí bývalého pevnostního města Josefov vybudovaného v letech 1780-1790. Projektová dokumentace bude vyhotovena ve stupni pro povolení záměru a pro provedení stavby, a to vč. nezbytné inženýrské činnosti a stavebně-technických průzkumů. Rozsáhlá dvoupatrová částečně podsklepená čtyřkřídlá budova nemocnice s velkým nádvořím se nachází ve východní části pevnostního komplexu Josefov.
