Predmet nabave je nabava računala i računalne opreme, a sve sukladno detaljnom opisu, vrstama i količinama određenim u Obrascu Tehničkih specifikacija (Prilog 1_Tehničke specifikacije_DIR-2026-028 za grupe 1 - 4 predmeta nabave – dalje u tekst: Prilog 1) i Troškovniku (Troškovnik_DIR-2026-028 za grupe 1 - 4 predmeta nabave – dalje u tekstu: Troškovnik) predmeta nabave koji su sastavni dio DoN. Ponuditelji su dužni ponuditi predmet nabave sukladno tehničkim specifikacijama i svim uvjetima koji su navedeni u DoN (ili boljih karakteristika). Isporučena roba mora biti originalna, nova i nekorištena, zapakirana u originalnom tvorničkom pakiranju s oznakom tržišnog naziva robne marke/proizvođača te udovoljavati svim propisanim tehničkim specifikacijama i udovoljavati svim standardima prema pozitivnim propisima u Republici Hrvatskoj. Za one stavke opreme kod kojih je naručitelj odredio „ili jednakovrijedno“, naručitelj neće odbiti ponudu GS, koji u svojoj ponudi na zadovoljavajući način, bilo kojim prikladnim sredstvom, dokaže da rješenje koje nudi na jednakovrijedan način zadovoljava zahtjeve i uvjete određene u DoN. Roba za grupu 4_Računala i računalna oprema za projekt GRAS se nabavlja u sklopu projekta „Obnova i očuvanje zaraslih travnjaka na šumskom zemljištu u Natura 2000 područjima – GRAS'' (dalje: projekt GRAS), Program Konkurentnost i kohezija 2021. – 2027., šifra projekta PK.3.7.09.0001, koji se sufinancira sredstvima Europski fonda za regionalni razvoj (85%).
