Lots Lot 1 — SAP LICENCE ZA HCM-HR MODUL (estimated 395000): Predmet nabave je isporuka dodatnih softverskih licenci SAP Core Human Capital Management for SAP S/4HANA i SAP Payroll Processing for SAP S/4HANA, s pripadajućim SAP HANA runtime licenciranjem, te osiguranje SAP Enterprise Support podrške za licence koje su predmet ove nabave. Nabavom se dopunjuju postojeća licencna prava Naručitelja Hrvatske šume d.o.o. za upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima i obračun plaća u postojećem SAP sustavu. Licence iz stavaka 1–3 troškovnika isporučuju se i aktiviraju najkasnije do 31. prosinca 2026. Podrška iz stavke 4 troškovnika osigurava se od 1. siječnja do 31. prosinca 2027. Vrste i količine licenci te zahtjevi za isporuku i podršku određeni su troškovnikom i tehničkim specifikacijama koje čine sastavni dio dokumentacije o nabavi.
