Nabava robe, kamiona cisterna za gorivo i mazivo, putem financijskog leasinga na razdoblje od 5 godina, sukladno odredbama Zakona o leasingu (NN 141/13). Objekti leasinga opisani su u tablicama tehničkih specifikacija koje su sastavni dio ove dokumentacije. Sukladno odredbama članka 51. stavka 2. Zakona o leasingu, u ovom postupku nabave Davatelj leasinga sudjeluje u izboru objekta leasinga i dobavljača tog objekta leasinga te sukladno tome nosi sva prava i obveze koje iz tog proizlaze.
