Details

Nabavlja se usluga održavanja Nacionalnog arhivskog informacijskog sustava. U cilju stvaranje uvjeta za očuvanje gradiva u elektroničkom obliku Ministarstvo kulture i medija provelo je investiciju „Unaprjeđenje digitalne infrastrukture i usluga javnog sektora razvojem nacionalnog arhivskog informacijskog sustava i jačanjem nacionalne mreže arhiva“ (dalje: Investicija) u okviru Nacionalnog plana oporavka i otpornosti Republike Hrvatske 2021.-2026. (dalje: NPOO) unutar komponente C.2. Javna uprava, pravosuđe i državna imovina te podkomponente C.2.2. Daljnje unaprjeđenje učinkovitosti javne uprave. U sklopu investicije razvijen je nacionalni arhivski informacijski sustav (u daljnjem tekstu NAIS) čiji je opći cilj omogućiti sveobuhvatnu digitalnu tranziciju u upravljanju informacijskim i dokumentacijskim resursima u pravosuđu, upravi i drugim javnim službama u Republici Hrvatskoj (javnim tijelima i ustanovama) koje ga mogu koristiti tako da ga svako tijelo ili ustanova koristi kao svoj zaseban sustav, neovisno i odijeljeno od drugih korisnika u pogledu upravljanja sadržajem koji je pohranjen u sustav, upravljanja korisnicima i korisničkim pravima na razini ustanove, upravljanja pravima pristupa sadržaju i objavljivanja sadržaja. Objavljeni sadržaj dostupan je u skupnom katalogu za sve korisnike sustava koji su objavili sadržaj. Korištenjem NAIS-a povećava se učinkovitost radnih procesa u upravljanju dokumentarnim i arhivskim gradivom kod onih koji stvaraju gradivo, dok za arhivsku službu on donosi bolju dostupnost i višestruki porast opsega usluga pruženih građanima i pravnim osobama. Stvarateljima javnog dokumentarnog i arhivskog gradiva omogućuje se da na racionalan i održiv način upravljaju svojim gradivom u digitalnom obliku (izvorno digitalno ili digitalizirano), da osiguraju dostupnost i bolju iskoristivost informacija u poslovnim procesima i da kroz odgovarajuće usluge javne arhivske službe informacije i dokumentaciju koju stvaraju učine dostupnijima drugim institucijama i građanima.
