La Oficina Internacional del Trabajo (OIT) busca una persona para realizar un trabajo como colaborador externo.
A continuación, se presenta un resumen del trabajo que se debe realizar: La OIT requiere contratar a una persona especializada en Moodle para brindar soporte funcional al proceso de formación de formadores del INADEH, desarrollado mediante la plataforma Moodle de OIT/Cinterfor. La persona contratada deberá atender y dar seguimiento a incidencias relacionadas con accesos, usuarios, cursos, actividades, calificaciones, finalización de cursos, reportes, roles y permisos, así como orientar a las personas usuarias sobre el uso adecuado de la plataforma. Asimismo, deberá implementar un mecanismo de registro y seguimiento de solicitudes, mantener coordinación con la OIT y OIT/Cinterfor y presentar informes que documenten las incidencias atendidas, soluciones aplicadas, principales hallazgos y recomendaciones.
El servicio se desarrollará de manera virtual entre el 21 de septiembre y el 4 de diciembre de 2026.
