The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The consultant is expected to conduct research on Responsible Labour Practices in Viet Nam: Electronics Sector Case and prepare suitable research report. Application packages in the English language should include: - CV of the consultant. - A technical proposal, briefly (5 pages or less) describing how to conduct the assignment, and a work plan with clear steps and a logical sequence of activities (from the inception until the finalisation of all the outputs). - A financial proposal indicating the expected daily rate in USD, including all applicable taxes, the number of working days to conduct the consultancy, and the anticipated travel costs. - Relevant sample research reports by the applicants, where suitable. Please note that travel is required for this assignment. The necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO. If you are interested, please express interest and follow the instructions attached to consult the detailed terms of reference and other relevant information in the ILO e-sourcing platform. Candidates shall apply via the UNGM platform (https://www.ungm.org) no later than Monday, 14 September 2026, 14.00 Hanoi time (GMT+7). Please submit your proposal before the specified deadline.
