La municipalité de Saint-Edmond-les-Plaines requiert des soumissions pour les travaux de déneigement de son réseau routier pour les saisons 2026-2027, 2027-2028 et 2028-2029. Les soumissionnaires peuvent se procurer les documents d’appel d’offres sur le site du SEAO www.seao.ca à compter du 27 août 2026. Les soumissions doivent être déposées au plus tard le 16 septembre 2026 à 11 h à la mairie, 561 chemin Principal et seront ouvertes publiquement le même jour à ce moment. Pour être valide, le soumissionnaire doit joindre à sa soumission une garantie de soumission conforme au document d’appel d’offres. La municipalité ne s’engage à accepter ni la soumission la plus basse, ni aucune des soumissions reçues, et elle décline toute responsabilité à l’égard de l’un ou l’autre des soumissionnaires en cas de rejet de sa soumission ou de toutes les soumissions. Le contrat est adjugé, en tout ou en partie, sur décision du conseil de la municipalité, à sa seule discrétion, et la municipalité ne peut être liée d’aucune autre façon que par une résolution de son conseil.
