Consultancy service for 23 Gewogs in eastern Dzongkhags
Procuring agency: Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock, Global Environment Facility-8, PMU Office, Global Environment Facility-8, PMU Office. Category: Services (SRFP [FTP] Large - Time Based). Type/Method: NCB, LCS.
Eligibility: Advanced university degree in Gender Studies, Development Studies, Social Sciences or a closely related field. At least seven years of relevant professional experience in gender mainstreaming or GESI in development programmes, preferably donor-financed, environmental, climate, agriculture or food-systems projects. Demonstrated experience in gender analysis, action-plan implementation, results monitoring, participatory consultation, capacity building and evidence-based reporting. Strong analytical, facilitation, writing and stakeholder-coordination skills. Experience working in rural and culturally diverse settings; experience in Bhutan or comparable Himalayan contexts is an advantage.
