Le projet consiste à la construction d'un nouvel atelier selon les documents d'appel d'offres. Il s'agit de la phase 1 du projet. Un cautionnement de soumission est demandé pour un montant équivalent à 5% du prix total de la soumission.

- Le fournisseur ne doit pas être une personne qui a participé à la réalisation du contrat portant sur ni être une entreprise contrôlée directement ou indirectement par une telle personne. - L’offre doit être présentée par un fournisseur ayant un établissement au Québec ou dans un des territoires visés par les accords applicables. - Le fournisseur doit déposer avec sa soumission une attestation valide délivrée par Revenu Québec relative à ses obligations fiscales.
