Dans le cadre du présent appel d'offres, les travaux consistent notamment à la construction de la nouvelle station Viau, conformément à l’étendue des travaux décrits aux Documents contractuels, dont ceux aux plans et devis. [AK1] Je recommande d’employer le terme «Documents contractuels» afin de capter les futures CC et DCE. L’obligation de l’adjudicataire est de réaliser les travaux conformément à tous les documents émis dans le cadre du contrat. Documents contractuels comprend également les documents d’appel d’offres.
