APPEL D’OFFRES ENV 2026-01 CARACTÉRISATION DU RUISSELLEMENT EN LIEN AVEC LES VULNÉRABILITÉS CLIMATIQUES Descriptif : La Municipalité de Saint-Adolphe-d’Howard souhaite retenir les services d’une firme multidisciplinaire afin de caractériser le ruissellement, d’évaluer les enjeux actuels et potentiels liés aux vulnérabilités climatiques et d’analyser des solutions durables pour les secteurs critiques de son territoire.
