Details

Muswellbrook Shire Council seeks to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor for the design finalisation and construction of the Campbell’s Corner Redevelopment Project in Muswellbrook.

The project primarily involves the refurbishment of the vacant retail space within the Campbells Corner building, formerly occupied by the IGA Supermarket, to provide purpose-built Council Chambers and a Boardroom, with the remaining area repurposed as a fresh produce supermarket. The works also include the construction of a new entry from Bridge Street and modifications to the existing vacant café tenancy.
