AVIS PUBLIC est par la présente donné que la MRC d’Arthabaska désire obtenir des offres de services professionnels pour le projet « Campagne d’information, de sensibilisation et d’éducation en gestion des matières résiduelles ». Les soumissionnaires intéressés pourront se procurer les documents d’appel d'offres sur le site du Système électronique d’appel d’offres (SEAO) au www.seao.gouv.qc.ca au numéro de référence 20164063 à compter du 2 septembre 2026 , selon les tarifs applicables. Pour être valides et considérées, les soumissions doivent être reçues physiquement à la MRC, située au 150, rue Notre-Dame Ouest, Victoriaville (Québec), G6P 1R9 , avant onze heures (11 h), le 6 octobre 2026. Les soumissions doivent être transmises en format papier uniquement et déposées dans une enveloppe extérieure scellée portant clairement la mention du numéro de l’appel d’offres DA.20‑2026‑1. L’attribution du contrat sera effectuée selon un système de connaissance différée du prix, conformément aux documents d’appel d’offres. La soumission doit comprendre une offre de qualité (offre A) et une offre de prix (offre B), chacune présentée dans une enveloppe distincte, scellée et identifiée. Les soumissions seront ouvertes publiquement à 11 h, le 6 octobre 2026, au même endroit. La MRC ne s’engage à accepter aucune des soumissions reçues et n’assume aucune obligation de quelque nature que ce soit envers le ou les soumissionnaires.
