This NRFP is an invitation to submit proposals for a Phishing and Security Awareness Training solution, including licensing and support services, as further detailed in Appendix B – The Deliverables. Proponents must provide solutions for both Phishing and Security Awareness Training. Proposals addressing only one component will not be accepted. The successful Proponent(s) will provide a comprehensive solution that supports the security awareness and phishing simulation needs of Participating Members, including training, phishing simulations, integrations, reporting, privacy and security, and ongoing support. Solutions may be offered through SaaS, hosted, on-premises or other supported deployment models. Participating Members may select the licensing, functionality and services that best meet their individual requirements. No minimum purchase quantity, volume commitment or exclusivity is guaranteed.
