In-kind contributions. Other eligible resources. The grant is paid in two stages: 80% is paid after the grant agreement is signed. The remaining balance is paid after the final narrative and financial reports are accepted. Projects must involve participants from at least seven Council of Europe member states, and at least 75% of participants must be under 30 years old. Activities must:
Take place in one or more of the 46 Council of Europe member states. Last for at least four programme days. Be implemented as international youth cooperation activities. Take place during the relevant 2027 implementation period. The project should have a clear educational, participatory, or cooperation purpose rather than being primarily recreational or commercial. Who Can Apply?
Eligible applicants include:
International non-governmental youth organizations. National non-governmental youth organizations. Youth networks registered with the European Youth Foundation. Applicants must meet the EYF’s registration and eligibility requirements. Projects must involve young people from at least seven Council of Europe member states. Who Is Not Eligible? The call does not support activities that fall outside the objectives and priorities of the European Youth Foundation. Activities unrelated to Council of Europe youth priorities.
