Details

Dear Bidder,

The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.

Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The ILO is seeking an experienced bilingual Arabic-English facilitator/Master of Ceremony to support preparation, delivery and reporting of a three-day face-to-face workshop in Syria on Decent Work in the Humanitarian-Development-Peace Nexus (HDPN), to be held in January 2027. The assignment includes three preparation days to review the training package, complete required preliminary online/ITCILO-Turin orientation, help finalize the agenda and facilitation flow, and liaise with resource persons; three days of workshop facilitation/MC services; and up to two days of post-workshop reporting support. The consultant must understand ILO tripartism and the Decent Work Agenda, have strong knowledge of HDPN concepts and familiarity with the UN system/coordination architecture in Damascus/Syria, and be able to facilitate effectively in Arabic and English. Experience with multi-stakeholder dialogue in fragile or recovery contexts is highly desirable.

If you are interested, please express interest and follow the instructions attached to consult the detailed terms of reference and other relevant information in the ILO e-sourcing platform.

Please submit your proposal before the specified deadline.

Thank you.
