81101513 - Building construction management 80111614 - Temporary engineering services 80111618 - Temporary construction services DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS The United Nations Disengagement Observer Force (UNDOF) intends to establish a one (1) year contract with possible extension of two (2) additional periods of up to one (1) year each (1+1), for the provision of minor construction, repair and maintenance of buildings and infrastructures at UNDOF Positions (Camps), Golan Height, Syria on an “as and when required” basis upon receipt of task orders. The United Nations Disengagement Observer Force (UNDOF) requires the services of a qualified contractor to provide engineering services to construct, repair and maintain buildings and infrastructures at UNDOF Positions (camps) in Golan Height, Syria. The works items include building elements/ civil and architectural items, infrastructures required for accommodation and office camps such as road items, drainage items, walls etc. including water supply/ plumbing items. The work may be discrete items to repair or combining some items to create a package for construction of a small building or infrastructure.
