Dear Bidder,
The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.
Below is a summary of the work to be performed:
The selected External Collaborator will provide output-based communications and social media support to the EU-funded EU4Education and Employment project in Bosnia and Herzegovina from 1 September 2026 to 15 April 2027. The assignment includes an updated communication action plan; at least one substantive project Facebook/social media post per week; stakeholder engagement and amplification; web stories, press and media products; and separate communication packages for the KAB training, the Project Steering Committee and standards presentation event, component handovers and the final closing event. The EXCOL will also monitor results and submit a final communications archive and summary report. Products will be prepared in Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian and English as required and must comply with ILO and EU communication and visibility rules.
Please note that if travel is required for this assignment, the necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO.
