Participants will undertake three core courses during the programme

Introduction to Migration Studies

This course provides participants with a foundation in migration studies and introduces key concepts and issues relevant to understanding migration. Migration and Development This course examines the relationship between migration and development and provides participants with knowledge relevant to migration-related development challenges and opportunities. Migration Policy This course focuses on migration policy and helps participants understand policy approaches and considerations relevant to migration management. Field Visits and Networking Opportunities The programme includes educational and networking opportunities that extend beyond classroom learning.

Participants will have opportunities for field visits to institutions in

- The Hague. - Brussels. - Geneva. These activities are intended to complement the academic curriculum and expose participants to institutions and professionals working in the field of migration. Programme Duration and Commitment The MMDP is a full-time three-month programme.

Participants are required to dedicate approximately 40 hours per week to
