THE WORK ALSO INCLUDES RETENTION DIKE CONSTRUCTION, SURVEYS, AND OPTIONAL DITCHING AND DRAINING OF DISPOSAL AREAS, AND ALL OPERATIONS INCIDENTAL THERETO.
