NO DIKE WORK IS REQUIRED. (THE ESTIMATED TIME OF COMPLETION IS 90 CALENDAR DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF NOTICE TO PROCEED. THE SOLICITATION WILL INCLUDE 16 DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS).
