Bulk Fuel Supply & Delivery

The Rural Municipality of The Gap No. 39 invites tenders from qualified fuel suppliers for the supply and delivery of bulk petroleum products for municipal operations. The successful bidder will provide the supply and delivery of clear diesel fuel, and premium gasoline products as required by the RM to support its road maintenance, public works, and municipal equipment operations. Deliveries will be made to designated municipal fuel storage facilities. The contract term will be for two (2) years commencing January 1, 2027, with the option to extend for up to two (2) additional one-year terms, subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement of both parties. Tender submissions will be evaluated based on compliance with the tender requirements, proposed fixed markup above the applicable Regina rack price, supplier experience, references, service capabilities, and overall value to the RM. Hard copy submissions must be clearly marked "CONFIDENTIAL – GAP2026-04 Bulk Fuel Supply Tender" and delivered to the RM of The Gap No. 39 Municipal Office, 107 Main Street, Ceylon, Saskatchewan S0C 0T0. Late submissions will not be accepted.
