Основна цел на поръчката е избор на изпълнител – строител, който да извърши реконструкция и рехабилитация на пътен участък с начало от кръстовището след ЖП прелез при село Кочово на км 17+400, до км 28+131, жп прелез с. Хан Крум. Обща дължина на отсечката е 10 731 м. Обектът е предвиден за реконструкция и рехабилитация в приетия от Общински съвет с Решение № 318 по протокол № 28 от 21.09.2021 год. План за интегрирано развитие на Община Велики Преслав.
Lots Lot 1 — „Изпълнение на СМР на обект: „Рехабилитация на общински път TGV 1167 – участък от км. 17+400 до км. 27+800 и съоръжения и принадлежности към него“ (estimated 5941836.96): Настоящата обществена поръчка се възлага в изпълнение на инвестиционен проект „Рехабилитация на общински път TGV 1167 – участък от км17+400 до км 27+800 и съоръжения и принадлежности към него“ във фаза технически проект, разработен в следните части: Пътна, Геодезия, Организация и безопасност на движението (ОБД), Временна организация и безопасност на движението (ВОБД), Пожарна безопасност (ПБ), План за безопасност и здраве (ПБЗ), План за управление на строителните отпадъци (ПУСО), съгласно Наредба № 4 от 2001 г. за обхвата и съдържанието на инвестиционните проекти. Конкретните дейности са описани в Техническата спецификация, в проекта и в приложената към ценовото предложение Количествено-стойностна сметка.
