I Klostergata 72 A-C står det i dag tre stk Access AHP 600 skrueheiser fra 90-tallet i hver sinoppgang. Disse løfteinnretningene har over tid vært utsatt for hard drift, og er modne forå skiftes ut.Ønsket er å erstatte dagens løsning med nye løfteplattformer.Målet er å kunne beholde eksiterende sjakt som vegg mot trappeløp, og at ny sandwich-sjakt monteres på innsiden av denne.Hele prosjektet er avhengig av godkjenning fra kommunen på endring av typeløfteinnretning i bygget.
