L’objet du marché est la prestation de services relatifs à la réalisation d’un schéma stratégique de la partie wallonne du bassin versant de la Dyle (sous-bassins hydrographiques de la Dyle – en ce compris le Pisselet et le Train –, de la Thyle, de l’Orne, de la Lasne et de la Nethen). Le marché comprend 3 volets, à savoir : - Volet 1 : réalisation d’un schéma stratégique de la partie wallonne du bassin versant de la Dyle (rapport scientifique) ; - Volet 2 : réalisation d’une publication spécifique de vulgarisation du schéma stratégique ; - Volet 3 : service après-vente.
