L’objet du marché est la prestation de services relatifs à la réhabilitation du site « Ancienne Usine Chimique (AUC) – Zone A » à le Roeulx. La zone A, située entre la rue de Mons, la Rue Saint-Jean et La Haine, présente des pollutions extrêmement importantes, notamment en composés organiques et des polluants à l’état de phase libre, au niveau des sols et de la nappe phréatique. La réhabilitation se fera par la mise en œuvre d’un confinement sur la totalité de la surface de la zone A, le captage des eaux souterraines via la mise en place d’une barrière hydraulique, ainsi que la sécurisation géotechnique de la berge de la Haine longeant le site.
