Toelichting: De VUB (Vrije Universiteit Brussel) ondersteunt haar processen met het zogeheten CaLi platform, op basis van de Oracle Peoplesoft Campus Solution software (PSCS). VUB wenst het technisch beheer uit te besteden aan een gespecialiseerde firma, om zo de operationele stabiliteit van het platform te kunnen garanderen (perceel 1). Perceel 2 heeft betrekking op het leveren van gespecialiseerde ondersteuning voor analyse-, test- en ontwikkelopdrachten binnen de Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions-omgeving. De focus ligt daarbij op het flexibel inschakelen van ervaren profielen voor afgebakende opdrachten, optimalisaties of tijdelijke capaciteitsnoden gedurende de looptijd van de raamovereenkomst.
