Het voorwerp van de opdracht betreft het sluiten van een raamovereenkomst voor de levering van hardware, software, onderhouds- en supportcontracten, evenals bijhorende diensten binnen het domein van netwerk- en beveiligingsinfrastructuur. De opdracht omvat zowel de verdere ondersteuning van de bestaande omgeving als de uitvoering van projecten, adviesverlening, derdelijnsondersteuning en beheerde cybersecuritydiensten, gericht op detectie en respons. Binnen deze scope vallen onder meer eenmalige implementatie, recurrent contract- en servicemanagement, een MXDR/SOC-basisabonnement per afnemer, variabele kosten per endpoint, onboarding van bijkomende telemetriebronnen, 24/7 wachtdienst, halfjaarlijkse healthchecks, jaarlijkse roadmapreviews en ondersteuning bij transitie-out. De opdracht omvat drie functioneel samenhangende onderdelen: • Aankoop van hard- en software en afsluiten van onderhouds- en supportcontracten; • Diensten m.b.t. ICT netwerk- en beveiligingsinfrastructuur, waaronder advies, projectuitvoering, ondersteuning, health checks en beheerondersteuning; • Managed services voor cybersecurity: dreigingsdetectie en incident response, met inbegrip van monitoring, analyse, rapportering, escalatie en ondersteuning bij incidentafhandeling.
