Remplacement de plusieurs copieurs dû à l’échéance de certains contrats d’entretien et à la vétusté de certaines machines ainsi que la réorganisation des services communaux (remplacements + équipements nouveaux postes) + stock pour remplacement d’imprimantes obsolètes. Motivée principalement pour des raisons économiques et écologiques, la durée minimale des contrats d’entretien copies est de 7 ans minimum pour les lots 1 à 3. Toutefois, si des évolutions techniques, organisationnelles, techniques ou écologiques le justifient, le pouvoir adjudicateur peut seul dénoncer le contrat à partir du 13ème mois d’exécution.
