The facility comprises a large and diverse asset portfolio supporting the delivery of world-class events and experiences, including building fabric, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire, vertical transport and specialist operational assets.

To support effective asset management and long-term capital planning, SBC is seeking to establish a comprehensive and reliable understanding of the condition, performance and lifecycle of assets across the BCEC portfolio. The Services will be undertaken within a live operational environment. Respondents will be required to demonstrate an understanding of the challenges associated with working in complex facilities where business continuity, stakeholder engagement and minimising operational disruption are critical to project success.

The services are required to commence in December 2026 and are expected to run for approximately 20 weeks.
