Balaka District Council has budgeted funds under Constituency Development Fund (C DF) for the implementation of various projects in Balaka district and intends to apply part of the funds for construction of projects listed below under Open Tender Method of Procurement using Request for Quotations (RFQ). Bidding will b e conducted in accordance with National Competitive Procurement using Request for Quotations (RFQ) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers -Procurement in Investment Projects Financing” dated Novem ber 2020 (Procurement Regulations), and is o pen to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information fro m the Balaka District Council Procurement Unit; and inspect the bidding Documents at the address given below at clause 6 (a) from 08.00 to 12-00; 13.00 to 16.00 hours local time ( Monday to Friday), except National Public Holidays).
