Description of Service:

Artscape is a national public entity under the Department of Sport, Arts and Culture and manages the Artscape Theatre Centre. The venue is mainly a receiving house for productions and events however Artscape does present some mandated programmes. Artscape needs to appoint a ticketing service provider to manage ticket sales for mandated productions for a period of 36 months. This is approximately 35 – 40 productions per annum. For all other productions and events, most producers will utilise the appointed in -house service provider ; however, they do have the option to select an alternate ticketing provider.
