La Municipalité de Saint-Benjamin (ci-après appelée la « Municipalité ») peut, suivant les dispositions des lois qui la régissent, céder de gré à gré un immeuble, sans processus de mise en concurrence obligatoire (appel d’offres, etc.). La Municipalité désire ici cependant recevoir des propositions et, éventuellement, procéder à leur analyse en fonction des critères prévus dans le présent document. 1.2.Le présent document ne constitue donc pas un appel d’offres formel au sens du Code municipal du Québec. La Municipalité demeure ainsi libre, après la réception des propositions, de requérir des proposants des informations additionnelles, de les rencontrer, de négocier certains aspects liés à la vente de l’immeuble et à la réalisation du projet ou, éventuellement, de ne pas donner suite au présent appel de propositions. 1.3.Conformément à l’article 6.1 du Code municipal du Québec, dans le mois suivant la vente de l’immeuble, le cas échéant, la Municipalité devra cependant publier l’avis qui y est prévu (prix de vente et identité de l’acheteur).
