Details

Barneverns- og helsenemnda skal anskaffe en standardisert, helhetlig og fremtidsrettet sikkerhetsløsning med kameraovervåking, alarm og adgangskontroll for alle Nemndas 12 lokasjoner. Formålet er å styrke personsikkerheten for ansatte, nemndsmedlemmer og besøkende, og sikre effektiv håndtering av trussel- og voldshendelser.

Anskaffelsen gjennomføres som åpen anbudskonkurranse etter anskaffelsesforskriften del III, uten forhandlinger og uten adgang til deltilbud. Kontrakten reguleres av SSA-K, samt SSA-B-Enkel for eventuell bistand utover hovedleveransen. Oppdragsgiver tar et forbehold om at søknad om midler blir innvilget.

Ikomm AS bistår Oppdragsgiver i gjennomføringen. Fullstendig beskrivelse følger av konkurransegrunnlaget og kravspesifikasjonen (Bilag 1A).
