Le Gouvernement de l’Union des Comores a reçu un financement du Groupe de la Banque Africaine de Développement, afin de couvrir le coût du projet d’aménagement d’un corridor maritime et de facilitation du commerce régional (PACMFCR) et a l’intention d’utiliser une partie des sommes accordées au titre de ce Don pour financer le contrat de services pour les études de faisabilité technique, financière, socio-économique, ainsi que l’évaluation, : i) des risques climatiques (ERC) et (ii) des fragilités des transports maritimes sur le Port de Mutsamudu à Anjouan .
