Le consultant en Facilitation du Commerce devra sous la supervision du Coordinateur du projet (i) jouer le rôle de point focal / Responsable de l’UGP pour la composante 2/ Facilitation du Commerce ; (ii) Coordonner toutes les activités de la composante avec les consultants individuels et firmes qui seront recrutés dans le cadre du projet ; (iii) Contribuer à la mise en place d’un environnement favorable à la facilitation du commerce et à l’améliorer du climat des affaires en vue de la réduction des coûts et des délais de passage des marchandises aux points d’entrée et sortie.
