Le Gouvernement de l’Union des Comores a reçu un financement du Groupe de la Banque Africaine de Développement, afin de couvrir le coût du projet d’aménagement d’un corridor maritime et de facilitation du commerce régional (PACMFCR) et a l’intention d’utiliser une partie des sommes accordées au titre de ce Don pour financer le contrat de services pour la mission de diagnostic, de conception, d’élaboration de scenarios de gouvernance et de préparation du cahier des charges pour la mise en place d’un guichet unique portuaire numérique en Union des Comores .
