Avis d’appel d’offres 2026-098A Aménagement d’un sentier de vélo de montagne secteur Pointe-des-Américains La Ville d’Alma demande des soumissions pour les travaux reliés à l’aménagement d’un circuit de vélo de montagne d’une longueur approximative de 2 511 mètres sur le site de la Pointe‑des‑Américains. Modalités de réception : Les soumissionnaires doivent déposer leur soumission avant le mercredi 23 septembre 2026 à 10 h, soit dans une enveloppe cachetée et identifiée aux nom et numéro de l’appel d’offres au Greffe de la Ville d’Alma, au 2 ième étage de l’édifice hôtel de ville, situé au 140, rue Saint-Joseph Sud, Alma ou par voie électronique par l’intermédiaire du SEAO. Toutes les soumissions sont ouvertes le même jour en présence des intéressés.

Procédure d’attribution: procédure ouverte.

Modalités d’évaluation et d’attribution : Le soumissionnaire ayant présenté une soumission conforme et proposé le prix total le plus bas pour l’ensemble ou une partie des biens et/ou services requis, selon le cas, est recommandé pour l’adjudication du contrat. La Ville d’Alma ne s’engage à accepter ni la plus basse ni aucune des offres de service reçues ni à encourir aucune obligation ni aucuns frais d’aucune sorte envers le ou les soumissionnaires et se réserve le droit de passer outre à une irrégularité mineure dans le cas de la plus basse soumission.
