Details
The Department of Mining and Energy is seeking a suitably qualified technical and electrical engineering consultant to provide specialist advisory services to support the Remote Power Partnership Program (RPPP). The RPPP proposal is for the staged transition of electricity supply in remote Aboriginal communities that are currently reliant on diesel-based generation to hybrid energy solutions. Services are expected to include independent technical advice relating to renewable energy generation, battery energy storage systems and integration with existing power infrastructure. Advisory services will be provided on an as-needed basis to support planning, development and early delivery activities across multiple remote locations.
