El Estado Plurinacional de Bolivia ha gestionado el financiamiento con el Banco Mundial, para la implementación del Proyecto Conector Vial Santa Cruz (San Ignacio – San Jose) y se propone utilizar parte de los fondos de este crédito para efectuar los pagos bajo el Convenio de Crédito BIRF 8648 - BO.)
