Oppdragsgiver inviterer til konkurranse for anskaffelse av produksjonsinstrument for celleterapi på Rikshospitalet, Avdeling for immunologi og transfusjonsmedisin, Seksjon for ex vivo cellelaboratorium.Instrumentløsningen skal benyttes til GMP-kompatibel sluttprosessering av celleterapiprodukter (ATMP), herunder CAR-T-celler. Løsningen skal understøtte en standardisert, automatisert og funksjonelt lukket arbeidsflyt for sluttprosessering av celleprodukter. Dette omfatter blant annet formulering, tilsetning av formuleringsbuffer og kryoprotektant, homogenisering, aliquotering, fylling og forsegling av sluttbeholder.Avtalens omfang omfatter anskaffelse av ett instrument, med opsjon på ytterligere ett instrument med programvare samt tilhørende forbruksmateriell.
