Kontrakt er tildelt Matriks AS.Instrumentet vil benyttes til avansert immunfenotyping, cellulær karakterisering og funksjonelle analyser ved bruk av både cellelinjer og ulike primærceller fra blant annet friske donorer og pasientmateriale.Instrumentet skal benyttes i daglig drift ved en avdeling med om lag 30 ansatte med varierende kompetansenivå innen flowcytometri, som arbeider på tvers av flere prosjekter. Det må påregnes daglig bruk gjennom arbeidsdager på 8 timer, med perioder med utvidet drift utover dette. Dette stiller høye krav til instrumentets robusthet, driftssikkerhet, brukervennlighet, grad av automatiserte arbeidsflyter og lavt vedlikeholdsbehov.
