Oslo universitetssykehus HF, har til hensikt å inngå kontrakt med Sysmex Norway NUF om levering av en automatisert utstryks- og fargemaskin av typen Sysmex SP-50 til Enhet for hematologi ved Avdeling for medisinsk biokjemi, Rikshospitalet.Anskaffelsen gjennomføres uten forutgående kunngjort konkurranse da Sysmex etter vår kjennskap er den eneste leverandøren som har hematologi-instrumenter som er godkjente og teknisk integrerbare med eksisterende løsning på laboratoriet; Sysmex analyselinje og Cobas 8100-automasjonssystem. Vår redegjørelse følger under.
